Role Purpose

• To develop, manage, support and champion MENA Teaching and Learning initiatives that are aligned to regional and global teaching strategy and business needs with a focus on the following priority areas:  
• Consistent high-quality delivery supported through coherent and relevant training offer (product related); improved collaboration and communication channels and tools; leadership training and accountability to support talent management & succession planning 
• Customer engagement & satisfaction to support retention and recommendation 
• Teacher engagement 
• For MENA teaching operations it will ensure delivery of Quality in the Classroom / Teaching Excellence. The aim is to align our teaching teams and classroom delivery with regional and global business development strategy around EY Parthenon projects.
