The Role

Accountabilities

Business outcome

• Safe and Flawless commissioning, start-up and ramp-up of wells, pipelines, facilities and non-hydrocarbon assets while meeting the production promise as wells as project and operational intent.
• Provide commissioning & start-up definition and planning in the define phase to ensure commissioning works are front-end loaded in accordance with project HSE, technical standards, quality standards and procedures as defined in Contract and Project Specification documents.
• Provide Commissioning and start-up guidance and definition during tendering, detail design, fabrication, testing, installation, pre-commissioning and lead the final commissioning and start-up.
• Develop CSU Execute phase readiness deliverables (CSU schedule, CSU organisation and ramp-up plan, CSU cost, CSU Plan, manuals, method statements etc.) taking input from Contractor proposals to ensure flawless delivery of the project.
• Ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are properly organized, scheduled and conducted in a structured and safe manner, to test and certify that the installed equipment, comply with the agreed performance parameters indicated in the design documents and specifications.
